The most expensive district was SO42 at £765,831, covering the New Forest area, while the most affordable was SO14 at £221,376. SO22 was among the highest-volume districts at 225 transactions with an average of £631,651. The New Forest and rural Hampshire fringe districts commanded the highest prices, while inner Southampton districts (SO14, SO15, SO17) clustered below £275,000.
