The most expensive district was M21 at £438,910, followed by M33 at £413,713. The most affordable district was M50 at £190,574. M24 was the highest-volume district at 303 transactions. Chorlton (M21) and Sale (M33) continued to command the highest prices, while Salford Quays (M50) and Swinton (M27) represented more affordable suburban options.
