The most expensive district was L37 at £389,224, followed by L38 at £385,333. The most affordable district was L2 at £119,429. L23 was the highest-volume district at 481 transactions with an average of £318,015. Districts north and south of the city centre (L37–L40) recorded the highest values, while inner Liverpool districts L2, L4, and L5 remained at the more affordable end.
