The most expensive district was S32 at £524,719, covering the Hope Valley and Derbyshire Dales area, while the most affordable was S4 at £109,661. S10 was the highest-volume district at 271 transactions with an average of £352,731. The Peak District fringe districts (S32, S17, S33) accounted for the highest values, while inner Sheffield districts (S1, S4, S9) remained well below the city average.
