    Plymouth (PL) recorded a volume-weighted average price of £286,377 across the 12 months to August 2026, down 2.9% compared with the equivalent period a year earlier. The most expensive district was PL28 at £563,958, covering the Padstow area, while the most affordable was PL4 at £193,546. PL5 was the highest-volume district at 330 transactions with an average of £210,541. The coastal and rural northwest Cornwall districts dominated the upper price tier, while inner Plymouth districts (PL1–PL5) were all below £215,000.
