The most expensive district was BS9 at £627,269, followed by BS28 at £601,560. The most affordable district was BS23 at £255,412. BS16 was the highest-volume district at 657 transactions, recording a price of £361,622. Several outer districts — BS9, BS41, and BS6 — saw notable price softening of more than 10% year-on-year.
