    Hull (HU) recorded a volume-weighted average price of £203,681 across the 12 months to August 2026, down 4.1% compared with the equivalent period a year earlier. The most expensive district was HU14 at £363,713, while the most affordable was HU2 at £99,744. HU17 was the largest district by volume at 404 transactions with an average price of £275,553. Inner Hull districts HU2 and HU3 remained the most affordable, while the East Riding fringes (HU14, HU15, HU16) clustered well above the city average.
