The most expensive district was NE13 at £853,012, while the most affordable was NE17 at £120,703. NE13 (the Great Park and Ponteland area) dominated the upper tier with 233 transactions. The bulk of inner Newcastle districts (NE1, NE4, NE6) clustered in the £150,000–£200,000 range, while the rural and commuter fringe districts drove the overall average higher.
