The most expensive district was NG25 at £402,874, followed by NG14 at £388,134. The most affordable district was NG1 at £165,013. NG12 was among the highest-volume districts at 320 transactions with an average of £355,948. The rural and suburban fringe districts to the south of Nottingham (NG12, NG14, NG25) commanded the highest prices, while inner Nottingham (NG1, NG7) remained the most affordable.
